Virginia Predator Contest Bill Defeated in Committee

For the second time in the past two years, CSF has successfully advocated against legislation in Virginia that would have banned hunting contests for coyotes and fur-bearing animals. On Wednesday, January 25, House Bill 1989 failed to report out of the Natural Resources Subcommittee following legislative debate and public input. CSF was the only sportsmen's organization to testify against the bill.
