Measure 114 Remains on Hold in Oregon; Federal Lawsuit Still Underway

Last week, Oregon’s Supreme Court denied the state’s Attorney General’s petition to overturn an existing injunction regarding Oregon Ballot Measure 114. Consequentially, this measure which threatens 2nd Amendment rights and conservation funding will remain on hold. Since 2022, CSF has been a leader against Ballot Measure 114 and recently filed an amicus brief with partner organizations in support of a separate federal lawsuit.
