Restrictive Firearms Bill on the Move in New Jersey

Last week, the New Jersey Assembly Appropriations Committee voted along party lines to advance Assembly Bill 4769, a disastrous piece of legislation which will add undue burden to the firearms purchasing process, heaping red tape and financial burden on law-abiding firearms owners. CSF stands in firm opposition to this bill, submitted testimony for the record, and will continue to oppose it throughout the remainder of the legislative process.
